Terms of Engagement

Industrial Terms

Engagement with SM Engineering for manufacturing or consultancy services is governed by the following industrial standards.

1. Manufacturing Standards

All products are manufactured based on the final approved technical drawing. Any modifications requested after the commencement of the production cycle may incur additional costs and timeline adjustments.

2. Delivery & Logistics

Ex-factory deliveries are standard from our Metoda GIDC facility. While we facilitate shipping, SM Engineering is not liable for transit delays caused by third-party logistics or external factors beyond our Kishan Gate facility's control.

3. Payment Terms

Invoices are generated with appropriate GST as per our UDYAM registration. Payments are due within the timeframe specified in the commercial agreement. Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of production cycles.
